A second location for Loste Cafè located in the under development area of Certosa District, north-west of Milano.
The space is divided in two main rooms: the kitchen and the service area, both facing the pedestrian square. While the production area was designed to be functional with all the equipment surrounding a floating stone table, the core of the entire space, the minimalistic serving zone welcomes guests in a warmer and flexible setting.

The layout is dominated by two main volumes, one in Vicenza Stone and a smaller one in solid Oak, where the serving takes place. As for the workshop where the core is the preparation of pastries, in the serving area the main focus is the coffee station and the stainless steel La Marzocco coffee machine.
Along the oak cladded wall a row of small square tables is continuously re-arranged to adapt to the flow of customers.
